The team at teehan+lax redesigned the outdated John Hancock website. The new website makes it easier to find what you're looking for, and helps you understand what you should be looking for.
I was responsible for building front-end HTML templates that the John Hancock team could use with their CMS. The templates were built using super clean semantic HTML and CSS and several JavaScript classes that were created for various interactive elements throughout the site. A custom content toggle element was created to toggle between pieces of content from either a horizontal or vertical navigation. The photo gallery template has a custom built photo gallery script which is easily implemented on the backend.
Note: the final live implementation of the website is not under my control, and the code that I created for this project has likely been altered to some degree.
